This guidance applies to shipments originating in or within the EU/EEA. The lists below are not exhaustive and may vary by country and carrier. Restricted items require pre‑approval — please contact us before booking. Items prohibited by law or carrier regulation will not be accepted.
Restricted items (pre‑approval required)
May be accepted only under specific EU/EEA rules, documentation, and packaging:
- Alcohol (handled via our specialized agent; licensing/excise compliance; pre‑approval)
- Non‑hazardous liquids in limited quantities (leak‑proof packaging)
- Lithium batteries installed in equipment (UN3481; within IATA/ADR limits)
- Fragile items (adequate internal and external packaging; limited liability)
Prohibited items
Not accepted for transport under our European service:
- Firearms, weapon parts, and ammunition
- Perishable food
- Cigarettes and tobacco products
- Explosives and fireworks
- Hazardous waste, radioactive materials, toxic substances
- Cash, banknotes, coins, and cash equivalents
- Loose precious and semi‑precious stones; gold bullion; fur
- Human remains and live animals
- Narcotics and controlled substances
- Antiques
- Protected wildlife products (CITES) and counterfeit/stolen goods
- Standalone lithium batteries/cells (UN3480)
Alcohol (EU/EEA)
Business shipments supported via our specialized alcohol transport agent and subject to EU/EEA licensing, excise, and age‑restriction laws. Consumer‑to‑consumer alcohol shipments are not supported. Pre‑approval required.
Non‑hazardous liquids
Accepted only in limited quantities with leak‑proof primary and secondary packaging. Safety data sheets (SDS) may be requested depending on composition. Pre‑approval required.
Lithium batteries
We do not accept standalone lithium cells/packs (UN3480). Batteries installed in equipment (UN3481) may be accepted within IATA Section II/ADR limits (e.g., Wh and quantity caps), terminals protected, and device powered off. Pre‑approval required.
Perishable food
Not accepted. We do not provide temperature‑controlled services for food shipments.
Fragile items
Strong outer cartons, internal cushioning, and no empty space are required. Claims may be limited if packaging is inadequate.
Tobacco products
Not accepted (including cigarettes, loose tobacco, and related products).
Dangerous goods
Hazardous waste, toxic, flammable, oxidizing, corrosive, or otherwise regulated dangerous goods are not accepted under our standard service.
Firearms & ammunition
Not accepted.
Antiques
Not accepted under our service due to valuation, export control, and handling constraints.

By proceeding with a booking, you confirm you have reviewed these restrictions, obtained any required pre‑approval, and that your shipment complies with EU/EEA regulations. Non‑compliant shipments may be refused, cancelled, or returned.
