Common questions
Can PrimeFlow arrange transport both ways?
Yes. We can check options from the Netherlands to Portugal and from Portugal to the Netherlands. Availability depends on the addresses, volume, dates, type of goods and carrier acceptance.
Is this for full moves or only boxes?
It can be for boxes, personal belongings, loose furniture or a full move. For larger volumes, we first confirm whether there is a suitable option and whether the cost makes sense.
How do I ask for a price quickly?
Send the direction of the move, pickup city, delivery city, a simple description of the volume and the approximate date by WhatsApp. Photos help, but you do not need a perfect list to start.
Is the transport door to door?
Whenever possible, yes. Before booking, we confirm what the carrier can do: pickup window, delivery window, building access, parking and whether help is needed for loading or unloading.
Can some items be refused?
Yes. Liquids, food, batteries, plants, chemicals, high-value fragile items and restricted goods must be mentioned before booking. Some goods may be refused by the carrier.
